Jennifer Falbo-Negron has been working in the field of psychology for over 20 years. She brings integrative and intuitive knowledge and skills to her work from Somatic Experiencing to yoga and meditation to Forest Therapy. Her goal is to help you transcend your limiting beliefs and traumatic experiences that hold you back from living the life you want. She offers a therapeutic environment that helps people feel more relaxed and secure in their bodies. Jennifer will guide you in uncovering your truth a little bit at a time so that your nervous system can stay regulated with the shifts that occur on this journey of discovery and growth. And she also has a certificate or training in Somatic Experiencing (SEP), Dynamic Attachment Re-Patterning Experience (adult attachment), Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga, Forest Therapy Guide, Reiki Level II, Transforming Touch Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Professional Educator License in School Psychologist. She has interests in aromatherapy, Ayurveda, nutritional healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupressure), and various touch and energy work for nervous system regulation. Areas of specialization are with academic issues, anxiety, AD/HD, boundaries, chronic/health concerns, codependency, depression, grief, mentoring future healers, perinatal, relationship issues, self-esteem, spirituality, stress, trauma, and women's issues. During her free time, Jennifer enjoys biking, comedies, keeping fit, continuing learning, natural health, nature/outdoors, podcasts, smoothies, singing, spending time with family and friends, volunteering, and watching PBS shows and documentaries. He is a professional recruiter with the Illinois Tollway Authority, and previously with various large companies such, as Crate and Barrel, Dr Pepper Snapple, and Iron Mountain. His years of experience include managing recruiting teams, developing and leading various diversity job outreach projects, and teaching workshops on resumes/interviewing. He has a passion for helping people present themselves in the most favorable way with the skill sets you may not present but could or how to best describe yourself.
